Information for the User of Insurance Services in conjunction with Art. 325 of the Insurance Code

1. Broker Ins Ltd. is filed in the Commercial Register under UIC 121773065, with seat and registered address in the city of Sofia, Triaditsa district, 3 Karnigradska Str.

2. By decision No. 8 dated 23/03/2000 and No. 499-3Б dated 21/07/2006 of the Financial Supervision Commission, Broker Ins Ltd. obtained the right to operate as an insurance broker. The registration may be verified at: http://www.fsc.bg/bg/registri-i-spravki/ - Electronic register and card index - Insurance brokers.

3. Broker Ins Ltd. does not hold directly or through related parties more than 10% of the votes in the general meeting or in the capital of an insurer.

4. An insurer or a controlling company of an insurer do not hold directly or through any related parties more than 10% of the votes in the general meeting or of the capital of Broker Ins Ltd.

5. Any complaints related to the services provided by Broker Ins Ltd. or due to other reasons may be submitted to the registered office of the company at: Sofia, 3 Karnigradska Str., or via e-mail at: [email protected] . The complaint should indicate the names of the complainant, his/her personal ID number, telephone number and address for feedback. Broker Ins responds to submitted complaints and grievances within 15 working days.

5. Any complaints related to the services provided by Broker Ins Ltd. or due to other reasons may be submitted to the registered office of the company at: Sofia, 3 Karnigradska Str., or via e-mail at: [email protected] .

7. In the event of unsettled dispute with Broker Ins, any user of insurance services may also approach the Sectoral Conciliation Commission for Dispute Resolution in the Field of Insurance and Insurance Mediation by submitting an application in writing to the Commission for Consumer Protection (www .kzp.bg) at the following addresses: Sofia 1000, 4A Slaveykov Square, phone: 02/9330 588; e-mail: [email protected].

8. Broker Ins Ltd. does not carry out any insurance mediation on behalf of an insurer, but represents the users of insurance services.

9. Subject to the conditions provided in the legislation in force, Broker Ins Ltd. may provide advice in its capacity of insurance broker regarding the insurance products distributed by it, pursuant to Art. 325a, para. 5 of the Insurance Code - based on a fair and personal analysis.

10. In carrying out its activity, Broker Ins Ltd. receives remuneration formed as a percentage of the paid insurance premium under the respective insurance. In some cases, in order to cover its administrative costs, Broker Ins may charge an additional amount, which will be paid by the users of insurance services.
