•Could you briefly introduce yourself and tell us how mountain climbing and alpinism won you over?
•My name is Zachary and I have been passionate about mountain hiking since I was a kid. My parents were great mountaineers and managed to pass on to me some of their spirit. We often travelled to the Balkan Mountain with just a backpack on our shoulders, each day taking a hike to the next hut, rain or shine. Unfortunately life has turned me around, I am now working in an office for 8 hours a day. My trips to the mountain, my escape from everyday life, have become more and more rare.

•How did you find out about 24ins and our product - Travel Insurance with Sports Coverage?
•Honestly, I didn't feel like going around and decided to look for this type of insurance online. Your website was not the only option, but it was the most user friendly for me. •Why did you take out a one-year policy and not a fixed period one?
•I was quite confused what insurance to choose. Like I said, I try to spend every spare minute in the mountains, but I'm also pretty busy with work. •The mountain in winter is an amazing experience, but it is also quite risky and hides dangers that you should be familiar with before you go hiking. I know that my insurance won't protect me from them, but it will help me deal (God forbid) with the consequences of a supposed accident and allow me to enjoy my time in the mountains a little more.
