Clause A – Fire, lightning / thunderbolt, explosion, implosion, fall of a piloted aircraft, its parts or cargo.

Clause A1 – Malicious acts by third parties, vandalism.

Clause B – Natural disasters: storm, hurricane, whirlwind, tornado, falling parts of buildings, trees and branches onto the insured property, hail, torrential rain, flood, damage caused by natural accumulation of snow or ice, frost / freezing.

Clause D1 – Earthquake.

Clause D2 – Leakage of water and steam.

Clause D9 – Glass breakage (only for insured real estate).

Clause TPL – Third Party Liability of the Insured (individual) for property damage caused to third parties as a result of an insured event covered under “Fire and Other Perils” / residential properties / insurance event.

Clause D15 – Short circuit and/or electrical surge (only for insured movable property).

Clause OE – Other expenses necessary to limit damages, including debris removal, in connection with an insured event under “Fire and Other Perils” / residential properties /, provided that the Insured has acted with due care.

Clause BHT – Burglary by break-in, robbery, and theft committed using technical means or by special methods (only for insured movable property, subject to at least minimum security requirements).
