New product from 'Broker Ins'

In the event of an insurance incident where, according to the police and bilateral protocol, the driver of a foreign-registered vehicle is at fault, 'Broker Ins' provides assistance to the owner (driver of the affected vehicle) by representing them to the insurer of the at-fault vehicle to claim the due compensation.

Advantages

• The owner of the damaged vehicle receives a sum for the repair, according to the actual incurred expenses, without limitations under the 'Casco' insurance for older vehicles or for repairs only in Bulgaria.
• Does not lose the bonus when renewing their 'Casco' insurance;
• Does not lose their deductible under the 'Casco' insurance (if applicable);
• Receives compensation for other damages covered by the legislation of the country where the event occurred, and for which the client is often unaware that they are owed, as well as how to claim them.

In case of an insurance incident:

1. The client sends a notification of the event using the provided template, along with a scanned copy of the police or bilateral protocol to the email: [email protected] and/or calls the phone number +359 88 2500762.
2. "Broker Ins" sends the client a contract outlining the rights and obligations of both parties, along with a power of attorney authorizing "Broker Ins" to represent the client before the insurer of the at-fault vehicle.
3. The client signs the contract and notarizes the power of attorney.
4. "Broker Ins" sends selected instructions for collecting documents, as well as any other actions related to the event.
5. The client assembles the documents, sends them to "Broker Ins," and strictly follows the instructions given by "Broker Ins."
6. "Broker Ins" initiates the claim with the insurer of the at-fault driver and acts as an intermediary between the owner of the damaged vehicle and the insurer throughout the entire claims processing until the compensation is paid.
7. The client receives the compensation deposited into their bank account.
