Who are you, what is your role at 24ins, and how would you describe yourself briefly?Hello! My name is Nasko and I am the Product Manager at 24ins. I have been working in the IT field since 2004, and so far I have managed projects in the areas of Payroll and Human Resources, Real Estate, and Insurance services.
What is the superpower your team has? And yours?My team’s superpower is the ability to work in parallel on several projects, and my strength is keeping their enthusiasm and focus throughout the entire process.
What do you value most about working at 24ins?The freedom to make decisions.
What are the main advantages of 24ins when purchasing insurance?The ability to take out insurance directly from your phone, receive your policy by email within minutes, get money back, support social organizations, and rely on consultation in the event of a claim.
If you could change one rule in the insurance world, what would it be?Removing unnecessary regulations.
What is the biggest “insurance” in your life that is not related to a policy?Skills – they give us independence. And the people close to me – with their support we can overcome any obstacles.
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting a career in the insurance sector?Jump in boldly! It’s interesting!
How do you imagine customers will be buying insurance in 2050?The sector will be strongly influenced by artificial intelligence, blockchain, the Internet of Things, and biometric data. Nevertheless, I believe that the human factor – empathy and trust – will remain key.
How would you explain to a friend or relative why they should choose 24ins?I have been using 24ins for 15 years. I receive good price offers, but also personalized consultation. Because the lowest price is not always the best solution. If I had to describe it in one word – trust.
