Interview with Dani: From Programmer to CTO of 24ins

Every day at 24ins is built by people for whom good service is not just a job, but an attitude. We present to you the stories of the people behind the platform – our team.

What was your path to 24ins?
"I started at 24ins 11 years ago as a programmer, dedicated to creating innovative software solutions. Over the years, I managed to grow by taking on increasingly greater responsibilities and challenges. Through hard work, continuous learning, and loyalty to the company, I gradually reached the position of CTO. My journey involved a lot of work, mistakes, lessons learned, and most importantly – growth, both professional and personal."

What does your daily routine most often include, and which moments are the most interesting in your work?
"My daily routine is dynamic and diverse. It includes strategic planning of the company’s technological development, managing IT teams, overseeing project execution, researching new technologies, and ensuring the technological security and stability of the systems. The most interesting moments are related to solving complex technological problems, implementing innovative solutions that improve our work and customer service, as well as observing the development of my colleagues."

If you could turn back time, would you choose this profession again? Why?
"Absolutely. Programming and the technological world are my passion. I love creating, solving problems, and seeing how technology can make people’s lives easier and better. At 24ins, I found an environment that challenges me, supports me, and gives me the opportunity to grow."

What is the most valuable life or professional lesson you have learned here?
"The most valuable lesson is that success is a collective effort. A strong team, mutual trust, and support are the key to achieving great goals. I also learned how important it is to adapt to change, be open to new ideas, and not be afraid of failures, because they are part of the learning and development process."

If you could give one superpower to your team, what would it be? And what superpower does your team already possess?
"If I could give one superpower, it would be the ability to foresee problems before they arise. This would allow us to be proactive and prevent potential crises. The superpower my team already possesses is incredible adaptability and the ability to learn quickly. They are extremely dedicated and always ready to take on new challenges."

What is the most memorable experience with a colleague or a client?
"There are many memorable experiences, but one of the most exciting was when we developed a solution to automate claims processing after a major flood. Thanks to this, we were able to quickly and efficiently help many of our clients recover."

If you could change one rule in the insurance world, what would it be?
"I would change the bureaucracy and cumbersome processes that often slow down customer service. We should strive for more transparent, faster, and easier-to-understand procedures."

How will technology change the way we work with insurance?
"Technology will revolutionize the insurance world. I expect to see more automation based on artificial intelligence, personalized insurance products driven by data, and easier and more convenient access to insurance services through mobile applications and online platforms."

If you could implement one futuristic technology at 24ins, what would it be?
"I would implement a system based on quantum computing that can analyze vast amounts of data and predict risks with unprecedented accuracy. This would allow us to offer better and more effective insurance products."

If you could create a new insurance product for clients, what would it be?
"I would create insurance that dynamically adapts to the client’s needs, using data from sensors and IoT devices. For example, car insurance that reduces premiums for safe driving, or home insurance that automatically activates in the event of a leak or fire."
