1. What is your role at 24ins and what does a typical workday look like for you?
At 24ins my role is quite complex, but I would summarize it as being a kind of “translator” between insurance terms and our software. I make sure that the tariffs of different insurers are transformed into meaningful logic within our insurance calculators, which generate offers for customers. I also contribute to improvements in the internal system our colleagues use to process customer requests. Together with the team, we work on integrations with insurance companies’ platforms that allow people to purchase policies online – quickly and easily.
My work gives me the opportunity to deliver simpler, clearer processes for clients and to contribute to an overall better customer experience.

2. How did you enter the insurance industry – by chance or by conscious choice?
I entered insurance more or less by chance – at first it felt as if I had accidentally pressed a button and suddenly found myself onboard a super interesting intergalactic spaceship. At the time, I didn’t know much about the industry, but I quickly realized it was far from boring. On the contrary, it is a complex combination of business, technology, and logic. I liked the fact that insurance allows me to combine analytical thinking with creativity and constantly find ways to improve and simplify things for customers. So that initial coincidence turned into a meaningful and exciting journey for me.

3. How would you describe your team in one word and why?
I would describe my team with the word “innovation.” I chose it because in our work we constantly strive to find new and better solutions to challenges. In the dynamic environment of 24ins, innovation is essential for improving insurance business processes and products. This mindset motivates the entire team to think creatively and implement effective changes, which for me is a key quality of a successful team.

4. What has been the most emotional or inspiring moment you’ve experienced at work or with a client?
One of the most inspiring moments for me was when our team successfully upgraded the core software we work with and implemented a more flexible product management system. I played an active role in analyzing business requirements and defining the logic, which resulted in faster and more accurate configuration of insurance products. The greatest satisfaction was seeing how this upgrade genuinely made my colleagues’ daily work easier, reduced errors, and increased efficiency. This project showed me the true value of strong coordination between business and technical teams and gave me strong motivation to continue developing my analytical skills.

5. If you could insure something unconventional (for example a dream, a feeling, or your coffee cup), what would it be?
If I could insure something unconventional, I would insure my curiosity. It is my inner engine – it drives me to learn new things, ask questions, and search for better solutions. My curiosity helps me see opportunities where others see problems and find logic in complexity. It is the foundation of my professional growth and a key source of motivation in my daily work. I believe it is my most valuable “asset” – an intangible quality that deserves long-term protection.

6. What are your personal and professional goals for the next five years?
Over the next five years, my goal is to establish myself as a strong professional in the field of business analysis, with a deep understanding of business processes, system integrations, and stakeholder collaboration. I would like to participate in projects that bring real value to the business and customers, while continuing to expand my expertise in process modeling and requirements management.
On a more personal level, I am focused on developing my communication and leadership skills – whether through team leadership, mentoring, or project management. In the long term, I see my next step as moving into a more strategic role, such as Product Manager, where I can combine my analytical experience with my vision for product development.

7. What is your favorite insurance product at 24ins and why would you recommend it?
My favorite insurance product at 24ins is the Travel insurance with coverage for amateur extreme sports. It is a product that is often underestimated, yet it offers real value for people who enjoy an active lifestyle and are not afraid to step outside their comfort zone. I have worked on configuring this insurance and I am impressed by its clear structure, comprehensive coverage, affordable price, and fast issuance. I recommend it because it covers real risks and provides peace of mind during training and sports activities – it is a practical and responsible choice for active people, offering the perfect balance between freedom and responsibility.
